<div itemprop="description">Spain, Gerald Joseph Peter- Passed away peacefully at Maitland Manor on Saturday, July 30, 2016 at the age of 85. Brother of Muriel, Helen, Aileen, Colleen, Marlene and Peter. Uncle to several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents John and Violet, his sisters Daisy, Marilyn and Mona and his brothers Jack and Paul. Gerald was a Town of Goderich Parks employee for many years where he could fulfill his love of flowers. He volunteered for many years at St. Vincent De Paul and Communities in Bloom. He also cared for the gardens at Maitland Manor where he was a resident for the past few years. Cremation has taken place and there will be no service, at Gerald’s request. Donations in his memory can be made to St. Vincent De Paul.</div>
