<div itemprop="description">Called home to glory at Maitland Manor on Monday September 26, 2016. Martha (Bosma) Kuipers of Goderich in her 85th year. Born August 8, 1932 in Aduard, Groningen, Netherlands. She will be lovingly remembered by Martin Kuipers, John & Cory Kuipers, Corry Simard Kuipers, Jake & Deb Kuipers. Special family friend Patti Gratton. Grandchildren Charleen (Harry) Bakker, Pam & Jody Kuipers, LeeAnn (Chris Bell) Simard, Chris & Mike Simard, Justin & Arianna Kuipers, step-grandchildren Carissa (Will) McWhirter, Anthony (Robyn) Alcorn. Great-grandchildren Jacob, Jessica & Kaitlyn Bakker, step great-grandchildren Taylor & Mariah McWhirter. All her "special family" at Maitland Manor. Reunited with daughter Jeannette Kuipers (2013). Survived by her siblings Elsa Harkema, Minke (Jans) Warringa, Hillie (Menno) Dijkstra, Jaap (Gaatske) Bosma and many nieces and nephews all in Holland. Martha especially cherished time spent with family and friends. Her special interests including flowers (Member of the horticultural society), singing (member of McKay Choresters, Friendship Program and Prolife. Martha was the retired custodian at Lakeshore United Church. She immigrated to Brooks AB in 1954 to marry Martin. The family moved to Bowmanville ON from 1964-1986 then to Colborne Twp. 1969-1986 then Goderich 1986-2016. The family will receive friends at Trinity Christian Reformed Church, Goderich, on Saturday October 8, 2016 from 12 Noon until time of Celebration of Life at 1PM. Donations to the Friendship Program at Trinity Christian Reformed Church gratefully acknowledged. "Safe in the arms of Jesus"</div>
