<div itemprop="description">An avid traveller, Rose has embarked on her journey home.<br>Margaret Rose Arnold (nee Williams) died peacefully on Tuesday July 26th surrounded by her family. Born December 29, 1931 in Winnipeg, she came to Ontario at the age of 5 with her brother Ken. At 18, she met George Clifton Arnold on a blind date and the two were married 4 years later. In Clif (GTI), she found her lifelong travel companion. Though they visited many places during their 61+ years together, their greatest adventure was raising their two daughters, Lynn and Mary.<br>Rose love to sing, dance, play cards and was happiest when enjoying her family and closest friends Cathy and Al Lithgow at her side.<br>Memories of Rose will wrap her family and friends with love and help them find peace during this difficult time. Rose leaves behind her beloved husband Clif, her daughters Lynn Sather (David Hershon) and Mary Arnold (Rachelle Brault), her grandson Daniel Sather and great-grandson Kyle Arnold. Rose is survived by her brother Ken Williams (Joan) and many nieces, nephews and god children.<br>The family thanks all the staff at Seaforth Manor for the comfort they provided Rose during these last few months.<br>A Celebration of Life to be held on Saturday August 6, 2016 at the Royal Canadian Legion, 56 Kingston St., Goderich (1:00-4:00 pm).<br>In lieu of flowers, donations to her great-grandson Kyle’s Service dog fund (http://sdwr.donordrive.com/campaign/Kyle) or the Heart & Stroke Foundation are appreciated.<br></div>
